For many years, I have been in a committed relationship with SE® and naturally with EmotionAid®.
In recent years, I have also discovered, studied, and practiced IFS (Internal Family Systems) with deep gratitude.
Its systemic perspective, gentle and titrated approach, and unique ability to help us move beyond internal blockages are truly precious both in therapy and in emotional first aid.
We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Osnat Arbel, Senior IFS Trainer, who will guide us through an introduction to IFS followed by a live demonstration.
