Practitioner Commitment and Terms of Use - Facilitator Center

Introduction: By accessing the Facilitator Center and completing your purchase, you (the “Facilitator”) agree to the following terms and conditions provided by EmotionAid® (the “Organization”). This agreement is designed to protect the professional standards and intellectual property of the EmotionAid® methodology.

Certification and Competency Disclosure The Facilitator hereby declares and confirms that they have successfully completed the official EmotionAid® training and are authorized to act as a Facilitator. The Facilitator acknowledges that the materials provided are intended for use only by those who have been properly trained and qualified by the Organization.
Grant of Limited License Subject to the completion of payment, EmotionAid® grants the Facilitator a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the training materials, presentations, and protocols (the “Materials”) found within the Facilitator Center for the purpose of conducting authorized sessions and workshops.
Intellectual Property Rights The Facilitator acknowledges that all Materials, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, slide decks, manuals, and specific methodologies, are the sole and exclusive property of EmotionAid®. This agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to the Facilitator.
Prohibited Uses and Non-Distribution The Facilitator strictly agrees NOT to:
- Copy, redistribute, or share the Materials (in digital or physical form) with any third party, including colleagues or other professionals who have not purchased access.
- Sell, sub-license, or commercially exploit the raw Materials.
- Modify the Materials or remove the EmotionAid® branding/copyright notices without prior written consent.
- Share their personal login credentials for the Facilitator Center with any other individual.
Professional Conduct and Misuse The Facilitator commits to using the Materials ethically and according to the standards taught during their training. Any misuse of the Materials that may harm the reputation of EmotionAid® or misrepresent the methodology is strictly prohibited.
Termination of Access and Remedies EmotionAid® reserves the right to terminate access to the Facilitator Center immediately and without refund if any breach of this agreement is detected. Furthermore, the Organization reserves the right to seek legal remedies and compensation for damages resulting from copyright infringement or unauthorized use of its intellectual property.
