With over 30 years of experience in the field of education in hospitals and in trauma therapy. She holds a master’s degree in Applied Educational Psychology and is a certified Somatic Experiencing (SE) practitioner, a method that treats post-trauma through working with bodily sensations.
Maskit has led educational innovation in Israel’s leading medical centers, including Schneider Children’s Medical Center and the Loewenstein Rehabilitation Center, and took part in formulating and advancing the Equality in Education for Hospitalized Children Law in the Knesset.
As part of her role in the organization, Maskit leads the field of training and international partnerships, integrating her expertise in emotional resilience, trauma recovery, and self-regulation into the creation of multidisciplinary collaborations in Israel and abroad.
