EmotionAid’s response to the emergency war situation in Israel
TRAUMA SHOULD NOT BE A LIFE SENTENCE.
EmotionAid is currently deploying people, practical tools and programs to support the mentally wounded, the population and the soldiers in the current war in Israel.
We would appreciate any donation to support our different programs to help the ones in need after the barbaric horrors they have been through.
The war will be won by military means but also by recreating a mentally healthy civil society.
Thank you for your support, which will have a significant impact.

EmotionAid is a Israeli registered charity whose mission is to strengthen the world’s resilience by helping people overcome emotional and mental challenges. Grounded in 13 years of field work, Dr. Cathy Lawy, the founder and CEO, has developed EmotionAid, a 5-steps training method, for self-regulation and first aid to others.
EmotionAid tools can easily be taught to children, teenagers and adults to support their capacity to handle stress, anxiety, panic attacks and any symptoms resulting from traumatic experiences. It is esy-to-use, with a proven quick efficacy, allowing to have a significant and quick impact on each and everyone
EmotionAid is proud to be the favorite for emergency interventions by leading teams of first responders (including the Red Cross and HIAS), managers and therapists in the health sector, the education sector, the military, and in companies and organizations. Our teams in Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic have worked with hundreds of refugees from Ukraine. Their work includes support for children.
“When the full-scale war started in Lviv, volunteers were trained to use EmotionAid’s 5-step protocol to provide psychological support to displaced persons on their way to Poland. Trained volunteers helped 30-40,000 distressed Ukrainians. I am one of the many volunteers who used EmotionAid and saw its great impact on adults and children alike. I am deeply grateful to EmotionAid’s team who gave us the tools to support our community through the most challenging of journeys.”
